  • We provide digital courses, ethical hacking training, workshops, and educational content.

  • All products/services are clearly described on the Courses/Workshop page, with prices mentioned in INR.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways (UPI / Card / Net Banking).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank, payment provider, or internet connection.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided that course access has not yet been granted.

  • Once digital content or course access has been delivered, cancellations will not be possible.

  • To cancel, email us at aadishjain6@gmail.com with your order details.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment. Refunds are only eligible in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Technical issues where payment was made but access was not provided.

Refunds are not applicable once course content or credentials have been delivered and used.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 2–4 working days.

7. Shipping Policy

  • As we deal in digital products only, no physical shipping is required.

  • Course access is provided digitally via email/login within 1–24 hours of successful payment.

  • If you do not receive access within this time, please contact us at aadishjain6@gmail.com.

8. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property
