Since our products are digital in nature, returns are generally not applicable. However, we do provide a limited refund option under specific conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of payment.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Technical issues where the customer is charged but does not receive course access.
Refunds are not applicable once course access, downloadable materials, or digital credentials have been provided and used.
Refund Mode
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- Refunds will typically reflect in your account within 2–4 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
